Hallandale Beach issued a city-wide boil water notice Wednesday after a pipe burst at the city's water plant.
The burst at the plant on Northwest 2nd Street resulted in reduced water pressure throughout the city, and triggered the boil water notice as a precautionary measure, officials said.
"Please stay tuned for when the boil water notice is lifted. Until then, do not drink straight from the tap. Boil all water for drinking, food preparation, and brushing your teeth," the city tweeted.
