An employee died after being struck by a vehicle Wednesday in the parking lot of Cleveland Clinic in Weston.
Broward County Sheriff's deputies said the employee was leaving work around 5 p.m. at 2930 Cleveland Clinic Boulevard when they were hit in the parking lot.
The worker was transported taken inside the hospital and died of their injuries. The identity of the employee has not been released.
The driver remained on scene. The crash remains under investigation.
