Coast Guard Repatriates 88 Migrants

The missions involved three different cutters

The U.S. Coast Guard announced Friday it repatriated 46 Cubans and 42 Haitians during the past week.

The 88 migrants were interdicted at sea during five separate missions.

The interdiction involved the Knight Island, Kodiak Island and Venturous cutters, all of which are over 100 feet.

The Coast Guard returned the Cubans citizens to Bahia de Cabanas, Cuba and the Haitian citizens were taken to Cap Haitien, Haiti.
