A precautionary boil water notice issued for parts of Davie has been lifted.
The notice was issued Monday after a water main break.
The break happened while a construction crew was working on Old Griffin Road east of the Florida Turnpike, city officials said.
As a result, the boil water notice was issued for businesses and residents between State Road 7 west to the Florida Turnpike and from the New River Canal south to Stirling Road.
