A family of three was found dead inside an Allapattah apartment building Tuesday morning after neighbors reported a foul odor coming from the home.
Miami police arrived at the building at the 1800 block of Northwest 41st Street, to find flies on window screens and the overwhelming odor of the deceased.
Inside, the three bodies were found. Police said the bodies were likely there at least a few days.
Police said the bodies were a father, mother and their daughter.
Neighbors said there was no electricity or water on in the building, and that the family was the last people in the building.
One neighbor said they had last seen the family about two months ago.
The building, partially boarded up, had an eviction notice on the door.

Police have yet to identify the family and said they're unsure whether foul play is involved.
