This Friday, the hip hop mogul will team with Queen Latifah and Pharrell Williams to present SOS: Saving OurSelves -- Help for Haiti from the AmericanAirlines Arena downtown to benefit the victims of last month's devastating earthquake.

The telethon will air live on BET, MTV and VH1, running from 8 to 10 p.m.

Slated to perform are Haitian native Wyclef Jean, Mary J. Blige, Lil Wayne and Chris Brown.

Proceeds will go to organizations including Project Medishare, Children's Safe Drinking Water and Jean's Yele Haiti.

Combs and Jean were also at the January 22 Hope for Haiti concert, which raised $66 million.
