A man was rushed to the hospital after possibly being bitten by a shark early Saturday morning in Miami-Dade.

Fire rescue crews arrived at the scene in the area of Crandon Beach at Bill Baggs State Park on Key Biscayne shortly before 8 a.m. after calls of a diver being bitten by something in the water.

Officials haven't confirmed if the man was bitten by a shark.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said the man, who has not been identified, was rushed to Ryder Trauma Center where their condition has not been released at this time.

Investigators have not released further details.
