Dolphins' Incognito Fought With a Security Guard at Fontainebleau's LIV Night Club: Police

Richie Incognito received a trespassing warning after he and friends scuffled with a security guard at Club LIV in June, police said

Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito received a trespass warning on the evening of June 10, when he and a friend got into a scuffle with a security guard at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach's night club LIV, police said.

According to the Miami Beach Police Department case report, Incognito and a group of friends were attempting to get closer to a performer on the club's stage when the incident occurred.

At that point the security guard, Carlos Joseph, advised Incognito and his friends to step back, police said. One of the friends took offense, allegedly telling Joseph, "[expletive] you and what are you going to do about it?"

Then a fight broke out between Joseph and Incognito's party, who were eventually escorted out of the club, police said. Incognito told police that he was actually trying to break up the fight when he got involved, authorities said. Joseph punched Incognito in the face, the case report said.

Incognito refused medical treatment for minor injuries to his face. He was issued a trespass warning by police, and was also advised not to return to the club that evening.

Neither Incognito nor the Dolphins have publicly commented on the incident.
