American Traffic Solutions said red light crashes claimed an average of almost two lives each day from 2009 until 2013.
About half of the deaths were pedestrians, bicyclists or other drivers rammed into suddenly, while making their way through a green light.
Miami leaders are hoping the video will get everyone to obey the law.
