A driver was in critical condition after their truck struck a tree in Coral Springs Friday morning.
The crash happened on University Drive north of the Sawgrass Expressway, Coral Springs Fire Department officials said.
The driver of the truck had to be extricated and was taken to North Broward Medical Center by air rescue, officials said.
Authorities haven't identified the victim or said what may have cased the driver to hit the tree.
