A Pembroke Pines family is hoping you can help them find their loved one.

“We expected to find him within an hour or two,” said Patricia Perez, the daughter of Roberto Perez.

Perez’s two daughters are searching for their 82-year-old father. Their concerns are heightened due to his dementia.

“It’s most likely that he’s tired and hungry or thirsty and missing his medication,” said Perez.

Perez said her mom woke up without her husband by her side. He wandered off and was last seen walking away from building F in the Century Village senior living community in Pembroke Pines. That was around 6:30 Saturday morning.

“He might now ask someone for help,” said Natalie Hormilla, the daughter of the missing man.

They’ve experienced similar scenarios with him in the past, but always found their father walking around Century Village.

“He’s usually in the neighboring buildings and inside Century Village. He’s never made it out,” said Perez.

Relatives say Perez has no wallet, phone or money on him. He was last seen wearing a blue and white checkered shirt, khaki pants and red and black sandals.

“He has a hernia in his belly that sticks out. It’s pretty obvious,” said Perez.

If you have any information on where Perez is, you’re asked to call Pembroke Pines police at 954-431-2200.
