Elementary School Employee Stood Naked Outside, Exposed Genitals: Cops

Mark Stephen Lynn, 55, was arrested Saturday and faces charges including exposure of sexual organs and exhibition to a child under the age of 16

A Broward County elementary school employee was arrested after authorities said a 12-year-old neighbor witnessed him standing naked outside under his porch light.

Mark Stephen Lynn, 55, was arrested Saturday and faces charges including exposure of sexual organs and exhibition to a child under the age of 16, according to Coral Springs Police. He is currently employed at Country Hills Elementary School.

Authorities said a man was bringing in groceries when the family cat ran outside. His 12-year-old daughter then ran to get the animal and saw a naked Lynn about 10-feet away from his door, police said. She told authorities the two made eye contact for about five seconds.

“Lynn was clearly visible to the victims, due to his porch light being on which completely illuminated his body,” the report said.

The child’s parents said they saw him walk in and out multiple times while "making no attempts to conceal himself,” the arrest report said.

Coral Springs Police said this is the third incident involving the agency in which Lynn was naked outside of his residence. In a prior case referenced by authorities, the man allegedly exposed himself to neighborhood juveniles.

It wasn't immediately known if he had an attorney.
