Emotional Interrogation Videos of Teen Murder Suspects

Emotional police interrogation videos showing three teens charged in the shooting death of another teen in Miami Gardens in April were obtained exclusively by NBC 6 Tuesday.

In one of the videos, one of suspects, 16-year old Rachid Jacques, along with his parents are seen talking to a detective.

When the detective tells Jacques he is charged with first-degree murder in the April 5th shooting death of 17-year old Roderick Sweeting, the teen's mother bursts into tears.

Moments later, Jacques is alone in the room with his mother and father.

Jacques' father asked if he committed the crime. The 16-year old shouted that he did not do it.

But Miami Gardens detectives say Jacques and two others, 16-year old Quamaine McMillan and 15-year old Devon Vickers, did gun down Sweeting.

NBC 6 obtained evidence photos of the slain victim's broken headphones, smashed I-pad and blood-stained book bag.

Sweeting had just been dropped off by a school bus when he was shot more than 20 times.

He was wearing headphones which prevented him from hearing the first gunshots.

His younger brother stood feet away from Sweeting at the time of the gunfire.

Police released images of weapons they say were found during search warrants executed in the suspects' homes.

Pain allegedly from weapons found during search warrants executed in the defendant’s homes.

Jacques, McMillan and Vickers are all charged as adults. They pleaded not guilty.

The teens remain in jail awaiting for their next court date scheduled for early September.
