FBI Hunts Serial Bank Robber in Broward

The FBI is asking for the public's help in finding a serial bank robber in Broward.

Officials said the man is behind seven robberies and one attempted robbery at banks in Pembroke Pines, Cooper City and Hollywood.

Investigators are calling him the "Lucky Bandit," because he's robbed the banks without wearing a disguise. The robberies date back to October.

It's believed the robber used a late model black Mazda Tribute in at least one robbery.

"I know somebody out there knows who he is and sees what hes' driving and can put this together for us and we certainly appreciate a call," FBI special agent Michael leverock said.

The FBI is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 754-703-2000.
