The FBI is looking for a woman who they say robbed two Broward County banks Tuesday afternoon.

The first robbery happened just before 1:40 p.m. at the SunTrust Bank at 6260 Powerline Road, officials said.

Officials said the robber, who was captured in surveillance photos, entered the bank and demanded money from an employee.

Less than an hour later, about 2:15 p.m., the same suspect wearing the same outfit robbed the Wells Fargo Bank at 2525 N. Dixie Highway in Wilton Manors.

The photos showed the woman in a white "NY" hat, white shirt and sunglasses during the robberies.

The amount of money stolen in both robberies wasn't released.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 754-703-2000.
