FBI Releases Video of Brazen Armed Bank Robbery in Pembroke Pines

Video released, reward offered in brazen armed bank robbery

The FBI released new video Monday of last month's brazen armed robbery of a Pembroke Pines bank as they announced a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the two suspects.

The robbery happened around 12:40 p.m. on September 4 at the TD Bank at 7999 Pines Boulevard.

In the video, the two armed men – wearing masks and black clothing – are seen running into the bank and leaping onto the counter as a customer is being helped by a teller.

The customer holds her hands up as the teller opens a drawer and one of the suspects grabs some cash. The pair then flee to a getaway car, believed to be a 1998-2002 black Pontiac Firebird.

Shots were fired during the robbery but no one was injured, the FBI said. The amount of money stolen wasn't disclosed.

Pembroke Pines Police and the FBI are still investigating the robbery and are asking anyone with information to call 305-944-9101.
