FSU Assistant Coach Released From Jail After DUI Charges

A Florida State football head strength and conditioning coach is out on bond after being arrested on DUI charges.

The Tallahassee Democrat reports that sixth-year coach Victor Viloria was arrested on DUI and property damage charges in the early morning hours Saturday. Leon County Jail staff said Viloria was released at 12:26 p.m. after paying his bond. No official jail report has been released.

The University issued a statement confirming it is aware of the incident and that it has started the information gathering process.

FSU's season starts Sept. 5 in Orlando against Ole Miss. Practices were held on Saturday afternoon.

It was not immediately known if Viloria attended.
