    Police are investigating a kidnapping that turned into a home invasion and robbery in Miami early Wednesday.

    Police are investigating a kidnapping that turned into a home invasion and robbery in Miami early Wednesday.

    Miami Police said four robbers kidnapped a male and female at 90 E. 43rd Street in Hialeah and took them to the male victim's house in the 2800 block of Northwest 14th St. in Miami around 12:20 a.m.

    The suspects then took the man inside, where his wife and two children were sleeping, police said.

    The robbers ransacked the place, beat up the man and roughed up his wife, police said. Police said the men then introduced the two women to each other before fleeing the scene.

    So far, no one is in custody, police said.

    Investigators are trying to figure out the identities of the men. Anyone with information is asked to call Miami-Dade CrimeStoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
