Final Sink-Scott Debate Set

Florida gubernatorial candidates to face-off in Tampa

Locked in a close, contentious race for Florida governor, Rick Scott and Alex Sink are set to face off in one more debate before next week's election.

The CNN debate Monday night at the University of South Florida in Tampa is critical for Republican nominee Scott and Democrat Sink as they try to woo still-undecided voters.

Their two previous debates were marked by back-and-forth attacks, with Sink accusing Scott of being too untrustworthy to hold the office, and Scott painting Sink as an ineffective Tallahassee insider who supports President Barack Obama's failed policies.

Scott is a former health care executive and political newcomer. Sink is a former bank president and Florida's current chief financial officer.
