A cold front now pushing into Northern & Central Florida has prompted a Tornado Watch for the northern half of the state where strong storms are possible the rest of today. Down here in South Florida, today is on track to be the hottest of the year so far with a high of 89° which would also tie today’s record for Miami.
It will be breezy & humid with feels-like temps into the mid 90s. By the time the cold front arrives here late tonight into early Wednesday morning, there will be little moisture left and that means at best an isolated shower or storm overnight.
Winds quickly go northwesterly Wednesday and that means gorgeous weather…increasing sunshine, decreasing humidity and cooler highs around 80° on Wednesday and in the mid 70s on Thursday & Friday.
