As the work week comes to a close, so does our run of pleasant weather.
Inevitably, the humidity will slowly creep up as the weekend gets underway and rain chances will return.
While the rain is needed, with deficits for the year running between 6 and 7 inches, the timing isn’t ideal.
Sunday’s forecast looks fairly wet, with shower and thunderstorm chances likely extending into next week.
For tonight, expect mainly clear conditions and lows dropping into the upper 60s.
On Friday, mostly sunny skies will continue with another dry day expected. Highs will reach into the mid-80s with southeast winds.
