Florida Man Fatally Shoots Woman During Foreplay: Sheriff

    A Florida man is facing a manslaughter charge after he inadvertently fatally shot a woman during an act of foreplay with his handgun, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

    The incident occurred on Sunday at about 12:30 p.m. in the area of Valrico. Officials charged Andrew Shinault with manslaughter with a weapon on Friday.

    "Andrew Shinault, 23, shot a woman, who is also in her 20s, while engaging in an act of foreplay involving his registered hand gun," HCSO said in a statement. "The woman, who was shot in the upper body, was transported to Brandon Regional Hospital where she later died."

    Shinault was booked into Orient Road Jail on a $50,000 bond.
