A former Florida Church of Christ pastor is accused of taking unsolicited photos of a parishioner while she was in his office with his children.
Volusia County Sheriff's spokesman Andrew Gant tells The Daytona Beach News-Journal that 31-year-old Brian "Rick" Kenyon Jr. was arrested Thursday afternoon. He's charged with video voyeurism.
The 41-year-old woman reported the incident to the sheriff's office on April 24. She told investigators that it happened on April 8 when she attended a service at the Church of Christ of Deltona.
The victim said she was meeting with Kenyon in his office along with his children, and he asked her to put his youngest child into a car seat, authorities said.
As she bent over to do so, she felt skin against her leg, turned around and found Kenyon bent over directly behind her, authorities said.
She noticed he was holding his cell phone and it had a red light on.
Gant said Kenyon has been "removed" from the church. Jail records don't list a lawyer.
