A Florida sheriff’s department is warning residents that a flyer offering a reward for anyone who turns in an undocumented immigrant is fake.

The Citrus County Sheriff’s Office posted the advisory Sunday morning, saying the flyer with a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement logo along with one for CrimeStoppers has been circulating through both Florida and Texas.

The flyer reads “Report an undocumented alien (legally challenged resident) and if they are arrested you will receive $100.00” along with the ICE phone number and the words “IWILDEPORTU.”

Officials from the county north of Tampa said neither they nor the local Homeland Security / ICE chapter produced the flyers.
