A Florida woman allegedly had an interesting way to get revenge on her boyfriend following an argument – and landed in jail for it.

Police arrested 24-year-old Serina Wolfe after they say she went into a Clearwater restaurant and left a $5,000 tip on his credit card – for a meal bill that was around $55.

NBC affiliate WBBH-TV says that Wolfe was intoxicated and had a fight with her boyfriend because he would not buy her a plane ticket to New York City. Instead, investigators say the boyfriend called police to report the charge as fraud.

The Clear Sky Café, where the purchase was made, had already paid out their employee the tip by the time the complaint was made.

Wolfe, who denies making the purchase, was charged with grand theft.
