Company owners did video surveillance and had a cash register tied to a computer program where they were able to track the sales and compare them to the amount of money the restaurant was taking in. The computer program indicated that money being stolen, said Christopher Descalzo, a partner in Global Miami.

"They were putting money in their pockets," Descalzo said.

Global Miami contacted police and turned over all the computer records and video, he said.
