Good Samaritans rushed to rescue a couple from a burning car that almost crashed right into a church Thursday morning in Northwest Miami-Dade.
The car lost control at the 7500 block of Northwest 52nd Avenue, which is when it crashed into some trees and a fence, trapping the driver and passenger inside the vehicle as it started to catch fire.
A few people who live across the street heard the crash and ran outside and began to help the victims trapped inside the car. Three good Samaritans were able to free them.
Both victims were taken to the hospital. Their condition is currently unknown.
