One man is dead after police say he attempted to murder his wife before killing himself Thursday in Hialeah.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded after 4 p.m. to the 1000 block of East 20th Street and found a man dead at the scene, according to Hialeah police.
Officials said the incident is domestic-related and the female victim was airlifted to Jackson Ryder Trauma in critical condition.
