Identity Theft Ring Targets Dozens of Victims in Miramar: Police

Police are searching for a trio of suspects who are part of an identity theft ring that has targeted more than 35 victims in Miramar alone.

Miramar police released photos on Tuesday of the suspects in the ring. Officials said dozens of residents in the Monarch Lakes community had their identities compromised, and the suspects later used fraudulent credit cards at numerous locations in Miami-Dade and Broward.

Detectives are working to identify the three men and are offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with info is asked to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
