Joe & Rudy in Miami: A Situation

Pols invade Magic City

Is Miami big enough for the ego of Rudy Giuliani and the mouth of Joe Biden?

If it can handle the "guidos" and "guidettes" from "Jersey Shore," then it can surely handle the two opinionated pols from opposite sides of the aisle.

The former New York Mayor and the VP are both in town today, and in the words of Loose-Jawed Joe, it's "a big f---ing deal."

Maybe not that big, but interesting nonetheless as Biden is here to talk Haiti reconstruction and Giuliani is in town to stump with Marco Rubio in his Senate bid.

Giuliani officially endorsed Rubio at the Renaissance at the Gables and at the same time delivered a little pay back to Gov. Charlie Crist, who helped end Rudy's 2008 White House bid when he swung his support to John McCain.

"This is an easy choice. Not just for Republicans but for Floridians. He is the one and only candidate we can trust to represent Republican principles in Washington," Giuliani said.

Biden will meet with leaders of the Haitian-American community at the Little Haiti Cultural Center to talk about progress on the rebuilding of the small island nation this afternoon. He spent the weekend in Miami, celebrating Easter with his family and staying out of the public eye.

If Biden and Giuliani aren't enough political power in the Magic City for you, President Obama will be here in 10 days.
