Judge Declares Mistrial in Case of Andrew Rolle, Accused in Miami Cop's 2008 Murder

A judge has declared a mistrial in the case of a man accused of killing an off-duty Miami Police officer back in 2008.

Andrew Rolle, 26, was accused of first-degree murder in the shooting death of Det. James Walker in January 2008.

Police say Walker was off-duty when he was shot to death inside his unmarked police car in North Miami Beach.

Rolle, who was arrested after a massive search, has claimed the shooting was in self defense.
