A Miami woman is being charged with child abuse after she allegedly placed a little boy's hand on a hot stove on purpose because the kid overcooked some eggs.
A judge issued a $50,000 bond for 38-year-old Cindy Bailey, who police said tried to teach her boyfriend's son a lesson on Monday.
It's unclear what the 8-year-old boy's condition is at this time, but according to police, the boy was cooking eggs and ended up burning them, which upset Bailey.
Bailey has a long history of arrests, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, grand theft and various drug charges.
