Police in Hollywood are asking the public for help in identifying a man who was seen on surveillance video masturbating while looking into a girl's bedroom window.

The lewd and lascivious act happened at around 5:26 a.m. on Sept. 19 in the 6000 block of Funston Street, the Hollywood Police Department in a news release.

The footage shows a man entering the property, taking off his shorts and then masturbating while looking into a juvenile female's bedroom window, police said. He is then seen running away, only to return a few minutes later to sit beneath the victim's window and smoke a cigarette.

"The moment I saw it, I wanted to throw up," said the father at the home, who did not want to be identified. "I'm angry. I want justice."

Hollywood police are looking into whether this incident is connected to another "peeping Tom" case in Miami Gardens last week.

"That is actually what started everything," the father said. "That's what got me alert and have me watching. As you can see the lights, cameras. I spent easily $1,000 on everything."

The man is described as 25 to 30-years-old, thin build, with dark hair, a "distinctive hairline," and a full facial beard, police said. He was wearing a light-colored t-shirt, light-colored shorts, dark shoes and a baseball cap.
