Juan Luis Londono better known to his legion of followers as Maluma, will be leading the first ever social media panel at the 2017 Billboard Latin Music Conference being held at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Miami Beach April 24-26.
The self-proclaimed “Pretty Boy Dirty Boy” from Medellin, Colombia who currently holds the title as the most followed Latin male on Instagram, will take center stage at the “Socializing Maluma” panel to discuss the importance of social media in his career as well as his approach to keeping all his 45.5 million followers hooked.
At just 23 years-old, Maluma has achieved unparalleled success over the last few years, he is the sixth act—and the youngest ever-to concurrently hold the No. 1 and No. 2 spots on the Latin Airplay chart with his “Sin Contrato” and “Chantaje” he has had five No.1’s so far on the Latin Airplay chart, including “Borro Cassette” and “El Perdedor”.
Over 1,000 attendees are expected to attend the Billboard Latin Music Conference which every year features Q&A session and panels with top artists, label, radio and music executives.
The Billboard Latin Music Conference 2017 culminates with the annual Billboard Latin Music Awards which airs live on April 27th on NBC’s sister station Telemundo.
