A 79-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly was caught masturbating in his car outside Miami Southridge Senior High School.
David Santos-Munoz was arrested Tuesday on three counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition on a child, an arrest report said.
According to the report, the victims saw Santos-Munoz parked in his Nissan Pathfinder in front of the school on Southwest 114th Avenue Tuesday morning. The victims said they had seen the same vehicle parked in front of the school every day for the past two weeks.
The victims told investigators that Santos-Munoz was sitting in the car with his windows down and recording them with his phone, the report said. As they looked closer, the victims realized Santos-Munoz had his genitals exposed and he was masturbating while looking at them, the report said.
"The victims then became afraid and quickly moved away from the vehicle," the report said.
One of the alleged victims took a picture of his license plate, and officers tracked down the car and conducted a traffic stop. Officers searched the car and found sexual lubricant and sexual clean up wipes in the center console, the report said.
Santos-Munoz was arrested and booked into jail, where he was being held on $12,500 bond Wednesday, records showed. Attorney information wasn't available.
