A man was taken into custody after barricading himself in a Miami Shores home Monday morning.
Police responded to the scene near North Miami Avenue and 94th Street, advising nearby residents to stay inside during the situation while closing roadways in the area.
The man was barricaded inside armed with a knife. Eventually, he would come out and be taken into custody. No word on what started the incident or what charges he may face.
