According to NBC affiliate WPTV, Power left the mall before security could arrive, but officers later pulled his car over and arrested him on charges of video voyeurism. He is being held on $15,000 bond and has been ordered to not have any contact with malls or people under the age of 18.

The victims said they did not see the phone at all while they were inside the room.
