Police in Sweetwater have arrested a man who allegedly brandished a firearm at Dolphin Mall Saturday amid a scene of chaos caused by a "false fire alarm."

Pedro Pagan was arrested Sunday and charged with wreckless display of a firearm, authorities said. Pagan is in his mid-20s and didn't have a shirt on at the time he allegedly pulled out the gun, police said.

The arrest comes after a "false fire alarm" at Dolphin Mall prompted shoppers to evacuate the building in a panic. Video shows frantic shoppers exiting the mall into the parking lot.

It is currently unclear who pulled the fire alarm. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

    Police are investigating the situation.
