Man Targets Victims With Paintball Gun: Cops

Justin Roberson faces a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon

A Tamarac man was arrested after authorities say he shot several people in the head with a paintball gun as he rode in the backseat of an SUV.

Justin Roberson, 26, was arrested Thursday in Pompano Beach and faces a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, according to online jail records. He is being held on $10,000 bond.

Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies said Roberson shot or aimed his gun at several people while he was the passenger in a green Ford Expedition. Two callers, one of whom did not want to press charges, were left with small lumps on the backs of their heads, according to an arrest report.

Authorities have the gun in their custody.
