Authorities are investigating after a man threatened to bomb the Hollywood Police Department Monday.
Police said officers received information from the man that he was enroute to the police station at 3250 Hollywood Boulevard around 8:30 a.m. with plans to bomb the department.
Officers searched the area and nothing was found. Police said they were erring on the side of caution and were taking precautionary measures.
