All the dude wanted was an apple pie, but he got a trip to jail instead.
A Fort Pierce man who got into an argument with a McDonald's worker after she didn't give him his apple pie was busted after a deputy responding to the argument found a bag of weed in his pocket, according to WPTV.
Antonio Dreveal Boatwright, 33, was busted on Jan. 4 after he allegedly threatened and tried to hit the female fast food worker for not giving him his dessert.
"I was mad at the (expletive) for not giving me my apple pie," Boatwright allegedly told deputies when they showed up at the restaurant.
As officers interviewed Boatwright, they noticed a strong smell of marijuana coming from him and his car. When they patted him down, they found the bag of weed.
"There's a joint in the ashtray, too," Boatwright allegedly told the officers.
Boatwright was arrested on possession charges.
