An argument between two men led to one shooting the other in the back, police say.
The two men were arguing in a shopping center parking lot located at 79th Street and Northeast Fourth Court in northeast Miami in the overnight hours Friday.
Police say one of the men left and returned on a bike. The other man ended up shooting the man on the bike in his back.
A security guard who patrols the shopping center called police, and also called the victim's wife - a move the guard says the victim was very appreciative of.
The victim was transported to Ryder Trauma Center and is expected to be okay.
Police say the victim is a known drug dealer who goes by the name of "Tattoo Mike." Police say he had previously pulled a gun on someone and that they were already searching for him.
