Police are investigating after a man's body was discovered on Fort Lauderdale Beach Friday morning.
The body was found in the 2100 block of S. Ocean Lane by a person walking on the beach, Fort Lauderdale Police officials said.
Police were still working to identify the man, who was believed to be about 40 years old.
The circumstances surrounding his death remain under investigation.
