Miami Beach Cafe to Close After 37 Years

A final party celebrating the restaurant’s 37 years will be hosted on Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m.

Miami Beach’s David’s Café will officially close its doors after 37 years of serving Cuban cuisine and cafecitos to the public.

The popular restaurant, located at 1058 Collins Ave, announced their closing in a Facebook post on Tuesday: “This Chapter Where It All Started In 1977 Has Coming To A End, But The Story Is Far From Over…”

A final party celebrating the restaurant’s 37 years will be hosted on Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m.

David’s Café has not announced a reason for the establishment's closing.
