Miami-Dade Police Searching for Robbers Caught on Camera Last Week

    Men Rob Miami-Dade Family Dollar Store

    Police are looking for two men who were caught on camera robbing a Family Dollar store in Miami-Dade. (Published Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2016)

    Police are looking for two men caught on video robbing employees and customers of a store in Miami.

    Surveillance footage captured the men entering the Family Dollar store located near NW 119th Street and Miami Ave. The incident took place last Tuesday shortly after 2 PM. One man can be seen wearing a neon traffic vest and demanding money from the register and a safe.

    A second man can be seen ordering several employees and customers to the ground before taking money from them. Both suspects fled the scene on foot.

    Both are described as black males between the ages of 30 and 35, one listed at 5’9” and 175 pounds while wearing that neon vest. The other is listed at 6’0”, 190 pounds and was seen wearing a black t-shirt and camo shorts.
