The Metromover in Miami shut down Saturday, and will remain closed throughout the weekend for upgrades.
Miami-Dade Transit said the closure is necessary to continue system upgrades and perform needed work throughout the Metromover system.
Free bus shuttle service will be provided between Metromover stations, with buses arriving every 10 to 15 minutes.

The Metromover will re-open for regular service at 5 a.m. Monday.
