Miami Modeling Campers To Learn From Professionals

The camp costs $999 and is offered to young ladies between the ages of 12 and 18

The world of modeling may look glamorous, and now a Miami modeling camp is ready to teach its members everything they need to know.

Modeling Camp Miami will expose young ladies between the ages of 12 and 18 to a world of fashion that thrives in South Florida.

Tyra Banks made it look easy on "America's Next Top Model" when she contorted into fabulous poses and "smized” – smiled with her eyes. Now, Heather Cole said she is ready to offer that and more in the camp she founded.

"They come in, they do photo shoots, fashion shows, they learn about castings and different types of modeling,” she said.

The campers will also learn about nutrition, skin care, and beauty, and will learn from professionals already in the business.

"We have Maggie Sider, the fashion photographer, coming in,” Cole said. “She's done Vogue and Elle. We're also bringing in Anchal from 'America's Next Top Model' on season 7.”

Classes will be held from June 26-29 at The Alexander Hotel Miami Beach. The camp fee, which is $999, includes activities, a photo shoot, portfolio and pictures, lunch and a camp T-shirt.
