Officials released video from the September 5th incident, where a woman could be seen talking to a child for several seconds before eventually getting up and leaving the bus while it was located near NW 12th Avenue and 35th Street shortly after 5:30 p.m.

Several witnesses told investigators that the woman – described as a black female between 40 and 50 years of age – asked the 5-year-old girl where her mother was before asking the child to get off the bus.
