A 24-year-old missing Georgia woman was found safe in Miami Beach after the Broward Sheriff's Office teamed up with the state's law enforcement authorities.
Ivy Dawn Merck was found Saturday three weeks after she was reported missing, according to the BSO. Authorities tracked her to South Florida after her green Honda CRV was found in the Marshalls parking lot on Hillsboro Blvd. in Deerfield Beach.
She was last seen Aug. 23 in Kingsland, Ga.
