Mother Abducted Daughter From Home, Could Relocate to Germany: Pembroke Pines Police

The Pembroke Pines Police Department said it is looking for a mother who took her daughter away from home and could ultimately relocate to Germany without the father's permission.

Nicole Raphael, 27, initially left the home at 18579 NW 18 Street in Pembroke Pines on March 3 with her daughter Kimberly, whose second birthday is on April 25.

The mother is described as being five feet, seven inches tall and having blonde hair and blue eyes. The daughter has brown hair and brown eyes.

Police believe the mother could possibly be in Orlando at the moment.

"The mother is preventing the father from any contact with the child," PPPD said in a statement. "There is an active Broward County order to pick-up the minor child and an injunction to prevent removal of the child."
